These terms govern your use of Tally, a trading journal operated by MarketMinder ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Tally.
Tally is a record-keeping tool, not financial advice. Nothing in the app — including anything produced by the AI Read — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument, or a suggestion that any strategy is suitable for you.
Tally helps you record trades you have already taken and reflect on them. We are not a broker, financial adviser, or portfolio manager. We are not registered with any financial regulator in any jurisdiction. Trading carries substantial risk of loss, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions and their outcomes.
Everything you write in Tally — trades, reflections, screenshots — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, display it back to you, back it up, and process it to provide features you request (such as generating an AI Read or sharing your journal with a mentor you have chosen).
You can export your data at any time in JSON or CSV format, free and without limit, and delete your account and its contents from within the app.
When you request an AI Read, the trades and reflections for that period are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis. The output is an observational summary of patterns in the data you provided.
AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Treat it as a prompt for your own thinking, never as instruction. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any trading decision.
If you join a mentor's group through their invite link, that mentor can read your trades, reflections and screenshots. They cannot edit or delete anything, and cannot see journals you share with other mentors.
Sharing is always your choice. You can stop it at any time from your profile, and access ends immediately.
If you are a mentor: you may use student journals solely to coach the student who shared them. You must not copy, publish, resell, or otherwise disclose a student's journal content to anyone else. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination of your account.
Your journal is never held hostage. If you stop paying, your journal becomes read-only — you keep full access to view and export everything you've written, permanently. We do not delete or lock your data for non-payment.
14-day refund window. If Tally isn't right for you, email support@marketminderx.com within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no explanation needed.
The window runs for 14 days from your first payment on a plan. After that, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Renewal payments after the first are not covered by this window — cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to be charged again.
Don't: attempt to break into other accounts, scrape or bulk-download other users' data, upload malware, use Tally to store unlawful content, resell access, or attempt to overwhelm or reverse-engineer the service.
We work to keep Tally running but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is". Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service — with reasonable notice where we can give it, and always with the ability to export your data first.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Tally. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why unless legally prevented.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app and require your acceptance before you continue using Tally. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
